about our process to reserve a puppy & purchase process

ABOUT JCS BOXERS RESERVATION / PURCHASE PROCESS:

1. Pick your Litter from Upcoming litter's list.
2. Pick Sex of your Puppy: Male / Female
3. Guarantee your Reservation by paying your Reservation Deposit $500 (Deposit will be deducted from the total price of the puppy $5000.)
4. Sign Agreement: After you complete your reservation you will receive a DocuSign Agreement for you review. You must Sign within 24 hours.
5. First come First Serve: Your place to pick your puppy in the litter is based on the date your Agreement was signed. JCS Boxers reserves the right to first pick from every litter.
6. You will be notified: (a)once pregnancy is confirmed, (b)estimated date of birth, (c)at birth of the litter, (d)development and well being of the litter for the first four weeks, (e)to choose your puppy, (f)for pick-up clearance. 
7. Pick your puppy: based on your place in line to pick your puppy, you will be sent videos and photos of available puppies. FaceTime video can be scheduled at your convenience.
8. Make arrangements to pick up your puppy at 8 weeks old after Veterinary clearance.
9. Balance is due $4500 at the time of Pick-Up.

*We do not sell puppies based on color as color cannot be predicted 100%, and is only cosmetic. We do breed all colors: Fawn (black mask and white markings), Brindle (with white markings and black mask), Reversed Brindle(with white markings and black mask); but we will not guarantee a specific color will be available. We rather focus on preserving best breed attributes: structure, temperament, health. When choosing a JCS Boxer 100% European Bloodline Pure-bred puppy, it must be first decided if the puppy is a good fit for the home, as a family dog, companion dog, work-out partner, service dog, police dog. Reservation deposit is not refundable. If an emergency situation arises where you are unable to get your puppy at the time intended, you must contact JCS Boxers immediately and not later than the second week of birth, at that time, as a one-time-only exception, we will transfer your deposit to the next available litter (no longer than 6 months period). Other than that, deposits are not refundable, not transferable, no exceptions.
